Explore Pubs, Restaurants and Coastal Cafés in Lulworth

Lulworth Cove has plenty of places to eat and drink, from old pubs steeped in smugglers’ tales to relaxed cafés with sea views. Right in the bay, the Lulworth Cove Inn is a favourite of ours. It’s a traditional pub with a good menu and a beer garden overlooking the sea. Nearby, the Castle Inn and the Weld Arms offer something different, with a cosy, rustic feel.

Close to the shoreline is The Boat Shed Café, a great spot whatever the weather. On bright days, you can sit outside with a coffee and watch the sea, or when the weather turns, grab a table inside and watch the waves roll in.

From here, the walk to Durdle Door is a favourite, and on the way back, we often end up at Finley’s Café, which has a great menu. We usually order fish and chips, take them down to the cove, sit back, and enjoy the view.
