Fun Things to Do in Weymouth for Families, Kids and Coastal Adventurers

You’ll quickly discover Weymouth is a seaside town built for adventure. With its beautiful bay, lively harbour and easy access to the Jurassic Coast, there are plenty of ways to enjoy both outdoors and indoors during your stay.

Many of the best activities happen on the water. Boat trips, RIB rides, and jet ski adventures are wonderful ways to see the coastline from a completely different view, and it’s something we’ve personally enjoyed as a family. Seeing the Jurassic Coast from the sea is worth experiencing.

For families with children, there are plenty of fun things to keep children of all ages occupied. Our own children loved the seafront Pirate mini golf, near the SEALIFE centre. There are also opportunities for paddleboarding, kayaking, golf and skating nearby.
